For a reasonable annual fee, you'll receive:
- One Comprehensive Exam
- One Periodical Exam
- Two Regular Cleanings with Fluoride Varnish or 50% Off of Deep Cleanings (SRP)
- and Perio Maintenance for Patients with Gum Diseases
- All Necessary Dental X-rays
